Our Mission
Ashton serves as the Medical Director at Meg & Co., where she oversees wellness and medical aesthetics with a focus on safe, innovative, and patient-centered care. She brings her strong background in Family Practice and Women’s Health into aesthetics, blending her clinical expertise with a passion for helping clients feel their best inside and out.
Ashton earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Saint Joseph’s College in 2017 and continues to serve the community part-time at Northern Light Mercy Women’s Health.
Outside of work, she enjoys life on the water, boating, and exploring new adventures with her husband and their children.
Ashton Piers, FNP-C
Meg is the founder of Meg & Co. and a Maine native who has been a registered nurse since 2011, including 8 years at Maine Medical Center in cardiac, neurological, and emergency care. Trained by Aesthetic Medical Educators in Boston, she pursued extensive certifications and advanced training in medical aesthetics in 2019. Meg is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge treatments and building a full-service clinic where patients can achieve natural, confident results under the care of trusted professionals.
Outside of work, Meg treasures time with her husband and four children. She enjoys skiing in the winter, boating on Sebago Lake in the summer, and exploring new places near and far.
Megan Sotiropoulos, RN BSN

Olivia is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in plastic and reconstructive surgery. With over seven years of nursing experience and three years in advanced practice, she brings a skilled, thoughtful approach to skin health, injectables, and personalized aesthetic treatments. Known for her precision and patient-centered care, Olivia is passionate about delivering natural-looking, confidence-enhancing results. She values empowering clients through education and designing treatment plans tailored to their unique goals.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her husband and their baby girl, cherishing family moments and creating new memories together.
Olivia O’Hara, NP
With over 16 years in medical aesthetics, Audrey is a highly skilled and compassionate injector. A registered nurse since 2006, she has specialized in medical aesthetics since 2009. She began her career in Houston’s top plastic surgery offices before returning to Maine in 2014. Audrey is also a National Allergan Trainer, sharing her expertise in Botox and dermal fillers nationwide. She is dedicated to providing safe, comfortable treatments that help patients achieve natural, refreshed results.
Outside of work, Audrey enjoys time with her husband, two children, and dogs, Sarge and Moose. She stays active in her children’s sports, coaches, and even plays in a women’s basketball league.

Vanessa began her career in medical aesthetics in 2010 and has advanced training in lasers, microneedling, Sofwave, and professional skincare. Recognized for her expertise, she was selected as a Diamond Glow trainer, traveling to med spas nationwide to elevate treatment standards. Passionate about skin health, acne and anti-aging, she is committed to helping clients look and feel their most radiant.
Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband, Marc, and their two boys. A devoted fitness enthusiast and lifelong learner, Vanessa is always exploring the latest advancements in skin health and anti-aging innovation.

Katie has been in the aesthetics industry since 2017 and graduated from Spa Tech Institute, where she earned her aesthetics license. With a passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin, she specializes in all things laser, facial treatments, and skin tightening. Katie takes pride in creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every client, tailoring each treatment to support their unique skin goals.
Beyond her work, one of Katie’s greatest passions is her family. She loves spending time with her husband, Matt, and their two children.
Katie Lessard, Medical Aesthetician & Laser Specialist
Michelle graduated with her Nursing degree from the University of Maine at Fort Kent in 2009 and has since built a long-standing career at Maine Medical Center, where she continues to work full time. In 2021, she pursued her passion for aesthetics, earning her certification in injectables through the Esthetic Skin Institute in Boston. She has since completed multiple advanced training in aesthetic procedures through Meg & Co. Dedicated to patient confidence and comfort, Michelle takes pride in delivering personalized, high-quality care.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Tiffaney is the Practice Manager and Accufit Specialist at Meg & Co., where she combines her passion for health and fitness with a commitment to exceptional customer care. She takes pride in ensuring every client feels welcomed, supported, and confident throughout their wellness and aesthetic journey.
She enjoys adventuring with her family, cheering on their sports, skiing in the winter, and soaking up Maine summers together.
Tiffaney Hutchins, Practice Manager and Accufit Specialist
Elise offers DaVinci Teeth Whitening at Meg & Co. and is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. She currently works at Maine Medical Center’s Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital and with Pediatric Dental Anesthesia Associates. Certified in DaVinci Teeth Whitening, Elise is passionate about helping clients feel their best by providing the confidence that comes with a healthy, radiant smile.
Elise Maloney, RN
Miranda graduated from Spa Tech Institute in 2015 with a cosmetology license and has specialized in eyelash extensions for over six years. She is certified in classic, volume, and mega volume lashes and also offers expert brow shaping and permanent makeup services. Miranda is dedicated to providing her clients with the highest quality lash, brow, and permanent makeup treatments, ensuring beautiful, long-lasting results.
