At Meg & Co., we value your time and strive to provide the highest quality care and service to every client. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients and providers, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation policy below.

48-Hour Notice Required
We require at least 48 hours' notice for canceling or rescheduling of any appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients on our waiting list.

Late Cancellations or Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be subject to a $150 late cancellation fee or the forfeiture of a deposit (if applicable).

No-Shows / Same Day Cancellations
Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without any prior notice or cancel the day of their appointment will be charged the following:
  • Botox: $150
  • Filler, Sculptra, Skinvive: $399
  • All other services: 50% of the service price with a minimum of $150
Repeat no-shows may be required to pre-pay for future appointments.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients. This will be treated as a late cancellation, and fees may apply.

Reminder System
As a courtesy, we send text/email reminders 72 hours before, the day before and the morning of your appointment. However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.
